What we collect
When you use Organizy, the following data may be processed:
- Photos and text you submit to the chat. Images of prescriptions, receipts, schedules, or any text you type are sent to our backend for analysis by Anthropic's Claude API to structure them into a plan.
- The structured plan itself (phases, schedule, contacts, metrics) is stored on your device.
- Email address — only if you sign in with email/Apple/Google to enable cloud backup.
- Plan content in the cloud — only if you sign in. Your phases, schedule, contacts, metrics, and chat history are encrypted in transit and stored at our cloud provider (Supabase).
We do not collect: advertising identifiers, location data, contact list, or any analytics/tracking IDs.
How we use it
- AI processing: Photos and text you send go through our proxy (Cloudflare Workers) to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic processes them and returns a structured plan. Per Anthropic's Commercial Terms (as of 2026-05-13), they do not train models on customer data.
- Local storage: Your plans live on your device's local storage (Capacitor Preferences). They are accessible only to you and the operating system.
- Cloud sync (optional): If you sign in, your plans are synced to our cloud so you can access them on a new device. Cloud copies are deleted when you delete your account in the app.

Children
Organizy is not intended for users under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
Your rights
- Access: Your data is on your device — you have full access at any time.
- Delete: Profile → "Удалить аккаунт" (Delete account) removes both cloud data and clears local data on this device.
- Sign out without deleting: Profile → "Выйти" (Sign out) keeps local data, stops cloud sync.
- Export: Not yet supported in-app. Contact us at khazibula@gmail.com to request your data.
- Withdraw consent: Stop using the app and delete it. If you signed up, delete your account first to remove cloud copies.
Medical disclaimer
Organizy is not a medical device or service. It is an organizer that helps you keep track of plans (medical, travel, training, projects, etc.) but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified specialist before acting on any plan that affects your health or safety.
Data retention
- On your device: Until you delete the app or use Profile → Delete account.
- In the cloud: Until you delete your account, after which data is permanently removed within 30 days.
- In transit (Anthropic, Cloudflare): Not retained beyond the duration of the API call.
Changes to this policy
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated in-app on next launch.

Какие данные мы обрабатываем
При использовании Organizy могут обрабатываться следующие данные:
- Фото и текст, отправленные в чат. Изображения выписок, чеков, расписаний или любой набранный текст отправляются в наш backend для анализа через Anthropic Claude API с целью преобразования в структурированный план.
- Сам структурированный план (фазы, расписание, контакты, показатели) хранится на вашем устройстве.
- Email — только если вы вошли в аккаунт через email/Apple/Google для облачной синхронизации.
- Содержимое плана в облаке — только если вы вошли в аккаунт. Шифруется при передаче и хранится у Supabase.
Мы не собираем: рекламные идентификаторы, геолокацию, контакты, аналитику.
Как мы это используем
- AI-обработка: Фото и текст проходят через наш прокси (Cloudflare Workers) к Anthropic Claude API. По Commercial Terms Anthropic (на 2026-05-13) они не обучают модели на данных клиентов.
- Локальное хранение: Ваши планы лежат в локальном хранилище устройства (Capacitor Preferences).
- Облачная синхронизация (опционально): Если вы вошли в аккаунт, планы синхронизируются с облаком. Удаляются при удалении аккаунта в приложении.

Дети
Organizy не предназначен для пользователей младше 13 лет (или 16 в EU). Мы намеренно не собираем данные пользователей этого возраста.
Ваши права
- Доступ: Данные на вашем устройстве — у вас есть полный доступ в любой момент.
- Удаление: Профиль → «Удалить аккаунт» удаляет данные в облаке и очищает локальные.
- Выход без удаления: Профиль → «Выйти» сохраняет локальные данные, останавливает синхронизацию.
- Экспорт: Пока не реализован. Напишите на khazibula@gmail.com для запроса.
- Отзыв согласия: Прекратите использование и удалите приложение. Если был аккаунт — сначала удалите аккаунт.
Медицинский дисклеймер
Organizy не медицинское устройство и не медицинский сервис. Это органайзер, помогающий следить за планами, но он не предоставляет медицинских советов, диагнозов или рекомендаций по лечению. Всегда консультируйтесь со специалистом перед применением плана, влияющего на ваше здоровье.
Срок хранения
- На устройстве: Пока вы не удалите приложение или не выберете «Удалить аккаунт».
- В облаке: Пока вы не удалите аккаунт, после чего данные удаляются окончательно в течение 30 дней.
- В transit: Не хранятся за пределами длительности API-вызова.
Изменения политики
При изменении политики мы обновим дату «Last updated» вверху. Существенные изменения будут показаны в приложении при следующем запуске.
